We are located in the heart of the most gorgeous wildlife viewing areas. You can view Eagles, Falcons, and Red Tail Hawks. The Bird Refuge is just a short jaunt away! We have fishing, hunting, bird watching, hiking, biking trails all within a very short distance! And of course, Merrill is the home of the Potato Festival in October.

LIABILITY

• The facilities of Merrill Mobile Manor & RV park are solely for the convenience of our guests.
• All persons use them at their own risk.
• Management/owners will no be responsible for accidents, injuries, or any losses of any kind.

RV SITE CLEANLINESS

• Please keep your site clean and clutter free.
• No bins or storage containers allowed.
• Use storage shed for extra items.
• Hoses, brooms, and other items for maintaining sites only.

ALL GARBAGE MUST BE BAGGED AND TIED BEFORE PLACING INTO DUMPSTER

• Garbage in dumpsters, and nowhere else.
• No household items allowed in garbage, (couches, chairs, rugs, appliances, etc…).You must dispose of those yourself.

LAUNDRY AND RESTROOMS

• Guests only
• No food, drinks, or pets.
• If supplies need to be restocked, please let office know.

SPEED LIMIT

• 5MPH AT ALL TIMES

PETS ARE WELCOME!

• Please keep your pet under control and supervised at all times.
• Waste Removal fee of $25.00(each) for Pet waste not properly disposed of by pet owner.
• Pets must be on leash, in hand, while on park property.
• Never leave your pet unsupervised/tied up.
• Limit 2 dogs per site. Check with us for list of banned pets for Insurance reasons.

OLDER RV’S AT MERRILL MOBILE MANOR & RV PARK

• RV’s are allowed at our discretion, based on condition.
• The RV must be in working order and maintained properly, including sewer, water, and electrical hookups.
• Current licensing and registration required.

ABSOLUTELY NO FIREWORKS, OR PARKING IN ROADWAYS

• No repair work other than flat tires. Leaks must be immediately repaired, and space cleaned.
• All vehicles must be in running condition or removed from the park.
• Your vehicle(s) must be parked in the assigned space at all times.
